Undeliverable Mail
If you entered your address wrong your item will be returned back to us and marked as "Undeliverable Mail." If this happens we will refund your money and notify you right away. If you still wish to recieve your item you can then go to the store section and place your order again with the correct address. Accidents happen, we're only human. If there was a mistake anywhere in the proccess, whether it be on your part with incorrect shipping information or ordering the wrong size or if we messed something up we will work with you the best we can to make sure you are satisfied. Every situation varies, however. For example if you clearly order a size small and it shows a small on your invoice and you send us an angry email saying you wanted a medium, that's a completely different situation than if your invoice clearly shows you ordering a medium and we sent you a small by mistake. Just please remain calm and we'll work with you the best we can! Please note that these are the starting prices for one item. If you order multiple items that will not fit in the standard packaging, shipping price will go up to upgrade to a larger package. The system is set up to charge for a larger box if ordering more than one item, however if we are able to make it fit in a smaller package we will and we will refund you the difference. Example: Priority shipping starts at $4.80 for one item. If you order two to four items and are charged $9.80 for a Priority shipping box but you are ordering two smalls and they are able to fit in a Priority Mail Envelope we will refund you $5 and use the cheaper shipping method. We will try our absolute best to save you as much money as we can on shipping. That money doesn't go to us anyway and we don't want you to break your wallet just to enjoy your new tee! Insurance In case your item(s) gets lost in the mail (because we all know accidents do happen at the post office) your purchase can be insured for a reasonably small fee. Fees and coverages are listed below.

For example: If the total of your purchased items only equal between $0.01 and $50.00 then it will only cost you $1.65 for insurance to cover it. If the total of your purchased items only equal between $50.01 to $100.00 then it will only cost you $2.05 for insurance to cover it.The best way to find out which insurance you would need would be to add all the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart and look at the SUBTOTAL before you add shipping costs. If for some reason you added the wrong amount of insurance to your cart we will notify you and tell you if you need higher insurance to cover it all or if you added too much and only a lower amount is required. We will then void and refund your total cost (even shipping since at that point we have not shipped it yet) and you can replace your order with the correct amount of insurance.
