Returns/Exchanges Policy
If you would like to return an item for a refund or you got the wrong size/product and would like to exchange it for another you will first need to shoot and email to Returns@PaperBulletClothing.com. Explain your situation and what you would like to do and we will give you an RA number (Return Authorization Number) along with any other details or instructions. This RA number MUST BE CLEARLY WRITTEN OR PRINTED somewhere on the outside of the package. When sending an item back (for refund or exchange) the item your are sending MUST NOT have been worn, washed, altered in any way and must have all tags still attached. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! If you tried it on and realized it wasn't the right size, that's another story and is acceptable. However if the item has been washed we assume it was worn. If the item was worn it will probably smell like it's been worn and no one wants to buy something that's supposed to be new but has obviously been used by someone else. If you send back an item that appears to have been worn or washed we will send it back to you and the return/exchange will be void. If you are returning an item for a full refund we can only refund you for the item itself plus tax. We CAN NOT refund you for the shipping or the insurance you paid on the item due to the fact that the money for shipping or insurance did not go to us. It went to the post office and we can't "unship" or "uninsure" something when the proccess has been completed and is not reversible. We can only refund the money that was paid to us. We can not refund the money you spend on shipping the item back to us since, again, this money does not go to us therefore we have no control over that money. When you send your item back reply to our email when we sent you the RA number and let us know when you sent it and any details about the ship method that you know about (ex: estimated arrival time, carrier, tracking, if it's insured or not, etc). If you are going to send an item back we highly recomend going to your local US Post Office and sending it by Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope. This is what we use to send our items to you. No matter what the weight or where it's going it is a flat rate of $4.60. It is also recomended that you insure it (ask them about their insurance rates, we listed them on the shipping page) and maybe even getting a tracking number so you can keep track of where it is and when it gets here. If you get a tracking number include it in your email telling us when you shipped it out. Upon arrive your item we will email you back to let you know we recieved it and what actions we will take from there. If you have not worn or washed your item and it is accepted to be returned we will notify you and take the needed actions to refund your money for the product. If you are exchanging it for another item we will confirm the item you are exchanging it with and upon your approval we will send it out right away. All returns/exchanges MUST NOT have been worn, washed or altered in any way and have all tags still attached. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! All returns/exchanges must be sent back to us WITHIN 14 DAYS (two weeks) of the date the package was delivered to you. All items sent back without an RA# written on the OUTSIDE of the package will be denied and sent back to you. Please make sure you double check EVERYTHING before you check out. Make sure you are buying the correct item, size, color and style (mens/womens) BEFORE you check out to avoid the hassle of returning or exchanging items.
If you have read and understood all the instructions/details above, have not worn, washed or altered your item and you are ready to ship it back, go ahead and send your email to Returns@PaperBulletClothing.com explaining the situation and we will send you an RA number with further instructions.
